The V7 bet makes its comeback on Saturday in Riem

The Munich Racing Club is offering lucrative betting options. The V7 bet is making a comeback at the Munich-Riem racecourse. The challenge is to predict the winners of all seven races being run on Pentecost Saturday. The Allianz Family Festival begins at 2 p.m. with a 1,400-meter race for three-year-old horses. The prize money is €8,000, with €4,800 going to the winning team.

“With a basic stake of just 5 cents per bet and a payout of 70 percent of the stakes, this is mathematically the most lucrative betting opportunity in German horse racing,” says Sascha Multerer, Managing Director of the Munich Racing Club (MRV). The racing club guarantees a minimum payout of €25,000, which will be distributed among all correct predictions. The minimum stake per betting slip is €2. If there are no winners, the jackpot will roll over to the race day on June 22.

V7 and V4 bets on Saturday

In addition to the V7 bet, the racing club also offers the V4 bet with a guaranteed prize of €10,000. To win, the winners of races 4, 5, 6, and 7 must be predicted. The amateur race at the end of the day could prove particularly tricky. Eleven jockeys will compete in the “Gemeinsam stark – Preis der Partnerschaft zwischen Allianz und MRV-Rennen” (starting at 5 p.m.). This handicap IV race, with a purse of €5,500, is run over 2,000 meters.

The most valuable handicaps of the day are two Class III handicaps with a purse of €7,500. The MIG-Fonds-Preis over 1,300m (3 p.m.) features eight horses, three of which – Cyanea, Wonderful World, and Master Franca – are trained locally by Jutta Mayer. The Allianz Family Festival Prize (4 p.m.) over 2,000m includes ten horses, among them two starters from Hungary (Power Lady) and the Czech Republic (Embargo). Trainer Gerald Geisler, who has often been successful at Riem, is sending two thoroughbreds – Coletta and Santino Corleone – from Iffezheim in Baden-Württemberg to the race.

In addition to the exciting sporting and betting program, the Munich Racing Club, as on every race day, offers plenty for families with its attractive children’s area. A bouncy castle, pony rides, and Clown Pippo will provide top-notch entertainment for the youngest racegoers, and with the expected excellent weather conditions, nothing stands in the way of the Allianz Family Festival.
